Auxilium Africa was formed in 2012 by Garnet Twigg and Charles Proudfoot, who together bring a combined total of more than 60 years of experience in senior executive positions in the ICT industry and in business consulting around mergers and acquisitions across a number of industries including manufacturing, food and beverages and aerospace. They were joined in 2013 by Tony Phillips.
In addition, Auxilium Africa has developed considerable operational and regulatory experience in setting up and operating various manufacturing facilities in the Southern Africa region, including Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe.
